* Check-out Time is 10am

• Weekly rentals:  50% deposit is required upon booking, balance before arrival.
• Deposit refunded in full less an administration charge of 10% if cancellation is given in writing no later than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• VISA or cash accepted
• Group or Company Packages can be arranged to include dinner reservations, qualified babysitting, bike rentals, attraction and theatre purchases.
• Can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults
• No smoking
